By accessing and using the RS Digital Broker marketplace, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Marketplace Role

RS Digital Broker acts as a neutral marketplace facilitator between buyers and sellers of digital assets. We provide the infrastructure for listings, communication, and secure transactions, but we are not the owners of the assets listed unless explicitly stated.

3. User Responsibilities

• Sellers must provide accurate financial and traffic data for their listings.
• Buyers are responsible for performing their own due diligence before making a purchase.
• Users must not share contact information outside the platform until a deal is officially initiated.

4. Fees and Payments

Listing fees and transaction commissions are non-refundable. All payments must be made through our verified payment channels (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer) as specified in the platform's payment sections.

5. Verification and Escrow

While we offer "Verified" badges for certain listings, this indicates that we have reviewed the provided documentation. It does not constitute a legal guarantee of future performance. Our Admin-Assisted deal process acts as a security layer for both parties.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to bypass platform fees.
